Seattle Airbnb Data Analysis
When we decide to travel the first thing we think of is to book a nice place.so we are going for Airbnb.
Airbnb is one of the online marketplace for arranging or offering lodging, primarily home-stays, or tourism experiences. The company does not own any of the real estate listings, nor does it host events; it acts as a broker, receiving commissions from each booking. The company is based in San Francisco, California, United States.
For example, here I am heading to Seattle!
Here I have this data from Kaggle.And we are going to investigate it to get some insights in Seattle accommodation.
- Accommodation availability by month
- Properties type & Bed type
- The property Prices
- The property & host rating
First thing I look at the data shape of each dataset
The listings.csv dataset contains information on 3818 listings provided by 2751 hosts.
After taking a look at each datasets explore them and clean them. Here some insight I have come up with.
Accommodation availability by month
Here we can see accommodation availability for each month.
Properties type & Bed type
The below plot is the different types of properties and we can see most of the propriety in Airbnb are Houses and Apartments.
Another thing to look at and its something we care about when we are looking to book a place is the bed types. The below plot show the different bed types.
The property Prices
The second important thing make us decide on to book an accommodation is the prices of course !

Top rating hosts the ratings also is pretty close!

Conclusion
The conclusion of this article is that more accommodation is available in Seattle in March. Also, there is 17 kind of property, houses and apartment are the common types there and there are 5-bed types regular bed is the most used one in the accommodation.
The average prices are between 152$-122$. and accommodation and bedrooms are the most effective factors on the price.
The rating as we sew is almost the same for the room type, host, and neighborhood.
finally, this what I come up with simple analysis to see prices, availability and rating for Seattle accommodations.
